Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever occurs first.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Refund Policy
We provide refunds in the following cases:
1. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product Delivered
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please share clear photos or a short video as proof.
- After verification, we will provide a full refund or replacement.
2. Package Not Delivered
- If the courier fails to deliver your package, you will receive a full refund.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund or return (except if damaged on arrival):
- Customized or personalized jewellery pieces
- Items that show signs of wear or use
- Products without original packaging, tags, or certificates of authenticity
- Earrings (due to hygiene reasons, unless defective)
Return Eligibility
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags and certificates intact.
- Returns will not be accepted if the product has been worn or altered (unless defective).
- All original accessories, boxes, and documentation must be included.
Refund Processing Time
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from approval.
- The refund amount will reflect in your account within 7-10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider.
Refunds will be credited to:
- Original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallet)
- Bank account (if original method is unavailable)
