Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever occurs first.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Refund Policy

We provide refunds in the following cases:

1. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product Delivered
  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please share clear photos or a short video as proof.
  • After verification, we will provide a full refund or replacement.
2. Package Not Delivered
  • If the courier fails to deliver your package, you will receive a full refund.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund or return (except if damaged on arrival):

  • Customized or personalized jewellery pieces
  • Items that show signs of wear or use
  • Products without original packaging, tags, or certificates of authenticity
  • Earrings (due to hygiene reasons, unless defective)

Return Eligibility

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags and certificates intact.
  • Returns will not be accepted if the product has been worn or altered (unless defective).
  • All original accessories, boxes, and documentation must be included.

Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from approval.
  • The refund amount will reflect in your account within 7-10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider.

Refunds will be credited to:

  • Original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallet)
  • Bank account (if original method is unavailable)
